Agency Disclosure Form
A form required by the Ohio Division of Real Estate in real estate transactions where licensed agents and brokers are involved. The form requires the broker/agent to identify and declare their agency policies to you in writing.

Agent
Usually refers to a sales associate that works for a license broker.

Gives the seller the right to market their property For Sale By Owner and through an agent at the same time.

Exclusive Right To Sell
Seller agrees to refer all leads and inquiries to their broker/agent.

Email
Electronic mail -- a way to send a private message to somebody else on the Net. Used as both noun and verb.

Experience
Something that is nice to have when you need it.

Equal Opportunity in Housing
The law. It states that all people must be treated equally and that it is legal to discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

Ethics

Funds and Documents Date
The date that the all parties to a real estate transaction agree to deliver to escrow the items they are responsible for in the transaction. For example, the buyer brings in the balance of the funds for the purchase and the seller executes a deed to transfer title.
